Job Role : Team Leader in an automotive company is responsible for supervising and guiding a team to achieve operational, production, or sales targets, depending on the department. The role involves coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, ensuring quality standards, resolving issues, and acting as a bridge between management and the team.
