Job Role :   Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company financial requirements. This role supports financial reporting, billing, collections, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations within the manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Maintain books of accounts including entries, vouchers, and ledgers
  • Handle customer invoicing, billing, and receivables follow-up
  • Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense tracking
  • Ensure accurate accounting of sales, purchases, and inventory transactions
  • Prepare and maintain GST documentation including returns, e-way bills, and reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities
  • Maintain bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow records
  • Support cost accounting and production-related financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial data
