Job Role :   Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers over the phone to promote mall offers, events, loyalty programs, and services, as well as to handle customer inquiries and feedback. This role supports customer engagement, footfall generation, and sales promotion while maintaining a polite and professional communication style. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about mall offers, promotions, and events
  • Handle inbound calls related to mall services, store information, and ongoing schemes
  • Explain loyalty programs, memberships, and special discounts to customers
  • Record customer responses, feedback, and inquiries accurately
  • Follow up with customers for event participation and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams
  • Maintain customer databases and call records
  • Handle customer complaints and route them to the concerned department
  • Meet daily and monthly call and engagement targets
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
