Job Role :  English Teacher is responsible for teaching students reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in the English language. The teacher plans and delivers engaging lessons based on the school curriculum, helps students develop strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and supports their academic and personal growth. The role also includes assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and creating a positive learning environment that encourages confidence and creativity in language use.

Key Responsibilities : 

•  Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons according to the curriculum
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, reading, and writing skills
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through tests and assignments
• Provide feedback to help students improve their language skills
• Encourage student participation and effective communication
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Support students with different learning needs and abilities
• Participate in school meetings, training, and academic activities
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress when required
