Job Role :  Assistant Teacher in Hindi and Marathi at the junior college level is responsible for teaching language and literature in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. The role involves developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while fostering an appreciation for literature and culture. The teacher prepares lesson plans, conducts classroom discussions, evaluates student performance, and supports students in preparing for board examinations

Key Responsibilities : 

  •  Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi and/or Marathi as per the curriculum.
  • Teach grammar, literature, prose, poetry, and composition effectively.
  • Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and examination papers.
  • Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve students’ language proficiency.
  • Encourage participation in debates, essay writing, storytelling, and cultural activities.
  • Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments.
  • Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
  • Organize language-related activities and literary events.
  • Maintain records of attendance and academic performance.
  • Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
