Job Role :  Account Head is responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, taxation, financial planning, and audit processes while supporting strategic business decisions. The Account Head ensures strong internal controls, cost management, and profitability analysis, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and operational efficiency in the automotive equipment industry. 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, and receivables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.) and statutory regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Supervise billing processes related to equipment sales, installation, and service contracts.
• Analyze financial data to support pricing strategies and cost control.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.
