HR Manager
Job Role : HR Manager of a leading Automotive Garage Service Equipment company is responsible for managing all human resource functions to support manufacturing, sales, service, and administrative operations. The role involves recruitment of technical and non-technical staff, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a strategic role in workforce planning, maintaining industrial harmony, and building a performance-driven culture aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the automotive equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technicians, sales staff, and administrative roles.
Oversee onboarding, training, and skill development programs.
Handle employee performance appraisal and promotion processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and compensation administration.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive industrial relations.
Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.
