Job Role :  Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s operations, sales, and service teams through efficient administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, assisting with order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The Back Office Executive acts as a backbone for operations by ensuring timely communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient workflow management to support business growth.

Key  Responsibilities :  

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer details.
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and service activities.
  • Handle correspondence with suppliers, dealers, and customers.
  • Maintain filing systems, documentation, and databases.
  • Assist in billing, payment tracking, and basic accounting support.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
  • Support HR and administration tasks as needed.
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Support management with data analysis and reporting.
