Sales Executive
Job Role : Sales Executive in a Hot & Cold Beverages and Snacks company is responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves promoting products such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, packaged beverages, and snacks to retailers, distributors, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) outlets. The Sales Executive builds strong customer relationships, executes sales plans, monitors market trends, and provides feedback to the marketing and production teams. This position is crucial for increasing market penetration and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and retailers to promote products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities at retail outlets, cafes, and restaurants.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms with clients.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, order forecasts, and visit reports for management.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and hygiene regulations.
