Job Role :  Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring the availability, safety, and proper management of equipment and spare parts. This includes products like vehicle lifts, wheel alignment machines, tire changers, hydraulic tools, compressors, and other garage machinery. The role involves supervising store staff, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with procurement, sales, and service teams, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Manage overall store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of products and spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Supervise and train store staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure timely availability of products for sales, service, and production teams.
  • Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment and order management.
  • Monitor and control stock movements to minimize damage, loss, or pilferage.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Implement safety standards and proper handling of heavy and sensitive equipment.
  • Prepare inventory reports, stock analysis, and provide updates to management.
  • Support logistics and dispatch planning for smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the warehouse.
  • Suggest process improvements to optimize store efficiency and reduce wastage.
