Job Role : Project Manager in a real estate firm is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing real estate development projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing budgets, timelines, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities  : 

  • Plan and manage real estate development projects from concept to handover
  • Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress regularly
  • Prepare and control project budgets and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Manage procurement of materials and contractor selection
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Handle contract negotiations and vendor management
  • Ensure timely approvals from authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts efficiently
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage stakeholder expectations
