Job Role  : HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and develops talented employees while maintaining a positive work culture. The HR Manager works closely with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Design and implement training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
  • Promote employee engagement, motivation, and a positive work culture
  • Conduct workforce planning and succession planning Advise management on HR-related issues and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate health, safety, and welfare programs
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and satisfaction
