Job Role : Primary Teacher is responsible for educating and nurturing students in the foundational years of schooling, typically from grades 1 to 5. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. The Primary Teacher collaborates with colleagues, communicates with parents, and ensures that students achieve learning objectives in alignment with the school’s curriculum and standards. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the school curriculum.
  • Use diverse teaching methods to meet the learning needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster positive student interactions.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns.
  • Encourage students’ social, emotional, and moral development.
  • Organize and participate in school activities, events, and extracurricular programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with teaching methods, educational tools, and curriculum changes.
