Job Role : Secondary School Teacher is responsible for teaching students typically aged 11 to 18 across specific subjects, ensuring they acquire both knowledge and skills to succeed academically and personally. The teacher plans and delivers lessons aligned with the school curriculum, assesses student performance, and adapts teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. They also support students’ social and emotional development, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a productive and motivating learning environment.
