Job Role :  Sales & Marketing Engineer acts as a technical sales professional responsible for promoting and selling mining, crushing, and earthmoving equipment solutions to clients in the mining, quarrying, construction, and infrastructure sectors. The role combines engineering knowledge with sales expertise to understand customer project requirements, provide technical recommendations, prepare cost estimates, and secure business opportunities. The engineer works closely with design, production, and service teams to ensure technically sound solutions while achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, site visits, and industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
  • Recommend suitable mining, crushing, and earthmoving equipment solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Participate in tender submissions, bids, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product promotion, and branding activities.
  • Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and after-sales teams.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and track KPIs.
  • Ensure timely order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
