Job Role : Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, payroll support, and assisting management with financial analysis and reporting to ensure smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems.
• Prepare and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle TDS calculations and related filings.
• Maintain purchase and sales registers accurately.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare profit & loss statements and balance sheet data.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Provide financial data and reports to management as required
