Chemist
Job Role : Chemist is responsible for conducting quality testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dairy and beverage products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role involves laboratory testing, documentation, quality control monitoring, and supporting production teams to maintain consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct chemical and microbiological testing of milk, dairy, and beverage products.
- Analyze raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor in-process quality parameters during production.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory test reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing and improving product formulations.
- Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Support quality audits and inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams.
- Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing of products.
