Job Role : Assistant Professor of MBA (Business Administration) is responsible for teaching postgraduate management students, conducting academic research, and contributing to curriculum development and institutional growth. The role involves delivering lectures in specialized management subjects, mentoring students, guiding research projects, participating in academic committees, and engaging in scholarly activities such as publications, conferences, and consultancy. The Assistant Professor also supports accreditation processes and industry collaborations to enhance the quality of management education. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Deliver lectures for MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or Strategy.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and case studies.
  • Conduct classroom discussions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and presentations.
  • Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and internships.
  • Conduct academic research and publish papers in reputed journals.
  • Participate in curriculum design and syllabus revision.
  • Serve on academic committees and support accreditation processes.
  • Organize guest lectures, industry interactions, and management events.
  • Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students.
  • Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university norms.
  • Contribute to institutional development and outreach activities.
