Job Role : Project Manager in a construction company is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of construction projects within defined scope, time, cost, and quality standards. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual and safety requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensures that project objectives are achieved efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Manage project costs and control expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Review contracts and manage contractual obligations.
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely project handover and client satisfaction.
