Job Role : Draftsman at Popula Real Estate & Construction Company is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints for construction and real estate projects. This role involves translating architects’ and engineers’ concepts into accurate visual representations, ensuring compliance with design standards, and supporting project execution from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and blueprints for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on design requirements.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
- Assist in 3D modeling and visualization for presentations.
- Support project teams with technical guidance on designs.
