Telecaller
Job Role : Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote vehicles, schedule showroom visits, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team in generating leads and increasing showroom footfall.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote vehicles and offers.
- Follow up on leads generated through website, social media, or showroom inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and test drives for interested customers.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and update call logs accurately.
- Provide basic information about vehicles, pricing, and financing options.
- Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
- Collect feedback and report customer insights to management.
