Job Role :  Sales Manager in an automobile showroom is responsible for leading and managing the entire sales function to achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves developing comprehensive sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager oversees the performance of the sales team, coaches and mentors team members, and implements best practices to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve showroom revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor individual and team sales metrics and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of inquiries, issues, or complaints.
  • Coordinate with marketing and service departments for promotions, campaigns, and customer follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to showroom policies, standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the showroom’s operational efficiency, including inventory management and display standards
