Job Role : Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of motorcycles and scooters by actively engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and providing product guidance and demonstrations. This role involves promoting the showroom’s range of two-wheelers, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive works closely with the showroom team, including marketing and service departments, to implement sales campaigns, provide feedback on customer preferences, and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet showroom visitors and assess their requirements for two-wheelers.
  • Conduct product presentations, test rides, and demonstrations.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales while meeting showroom targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat sales and referrals.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and offers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and finalize purchase agreements.
  • Coordinate with the service and delivery teams for smooth post-sale support.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and local exhibitions to generate leads.
