Job Role : Spare Part Executive is responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and sales of automobile spare parts while ensuring smooth operations within the showroom or service center. This role requires maintaining accurate records of stock levels, assisting customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles, and coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement. The executive acts as a key point of contact for customers, service advisors, and mechanics, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and that the right parts are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities  : 

  • Handling the sale and distribution of automobile spare parts.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement of parts.
  • Assisting customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles.
  • Providing technical information and advice to customers and service staff.
  • Preparing invoices, bills, and other documentation for sales.
  • Monitoring slow-moving and fast-moving inventory and reporting to management.
  • Ensuring proper storage and labeling of all spare parts.
  • Resolving customer complaints related to parts promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting the showroom/service team in maintaining operational efficiency.
