Assistant Professor (BBA )
Job Role : Assistant Professor in the BBA department is responsible for teaching undergraduate students in management and business-related subjects. The role involves delivering lectures, conducting case study discussions, guiding projects and internships, and supporting academic development activities. The Assistant Professor ensures effective curriculum implementation as per university standards and regulatory guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) .
Key Responsibilities :
- Teach core BBA subjects such as Principles of Management, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
- Conduct case studies, group discussions, and practical sessions.
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and internships.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Maintain academic records and attendance.
- Participate in curriculum planning and syllabus revision.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
- Mentor students for placements and career development.
- Assist in research, publications, and academic activities.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance processes (NAAC/NBA).
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
- Promote industry–institute interaction activities.
- Ensure academic discipline and professional ethics.
