Job Role : Sales Team Leader in an automobile showroom is responsible for guiding and supervising the sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves setting daily and monthly sales goals, monitoring team performance, motivating staff, supporting closing of deals, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, finance, and delivery departments. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the showroom sales team
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Assign daily sales tasks and monitor performance
- Support team members in closing high-value deals
