Telecaller
Job Role : Telecaller in an automobile showroom is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team. The role focuses on promoting showroom products, maintaining customer relationships, updating CRM databases, and achieving tele-sales targets. The Telecaller ensures effective communication with customers to enhance sales opportunities and showroom revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or email
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up on customer inquiries and test-drive requests
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Promote products, offers, and showroom services
- Provide basic information about vehicles and financing options
- Coordinate with sales executives for smooth customer handover
- Track call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
- Achieve assigned tele-sales targets and KPIs
- Support marketing campaigns via telecommunication
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on calls
- Assist in feedback collection and customer satisfaction surveys
- Ensure compliance with company policies and call protocols
