Job Role :  Telecaller is responsible for communicating with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide detailed information about the company’s educational programs and related services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining course offerings, guiding candidates through the admission process, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting enrollment targets. The Telecaller serves as the first point of contact for inquiries and plays a key role in building positive relationships, increasing student admissions, and promoting the institution’s academic services in a professional and persuasive manner.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, and fees.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, and schedules.
  • Explain course benefits and career opportunities clearly.
  • Guide students through the admission and registration process.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain and update student information in CRM or database systems.
  • Schedule appointments for counseling sessions or campus visits.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Address queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams when required.
  • Maintain call records and prepare daily performance reports.
  • Promote new courses, workshops, and special offers.
  • Conduct feedback calls to existing students for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company communication guidelines and policies.
