Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities on site.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor labor productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Inspect materials delivered to site and verify quality standards.
  • Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and report delays immediately.
  • Resolve minor technical and operational issues on site.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Maintain discipline and workflow among workers.
  • Assist in material estimation and stock control.
  • Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the site.
  • Support project completion and handover procedures.
