Job Role : Account & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete financial operations of the company engaged in manufacturing high-quality electrical power transmission and distribution equipment, including Isolated Phase Bus Ducts (IPBD), Sandwich Bus Ducts, Cast Resin Bus Ducts (LV/MV), Switchboards, Control Panels, and Package Substations. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, cost control, and effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor manufacturing cost accounting and product costing
• Control project-based accounting for electrical equipment contracts
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions
• Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements
• Conduct financial risk assessment and implement controls
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
• Handle banking relationships and financial negotiations
• Oversee payroll processing and employee financial records
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support management in pricing strategies and tender evaluations
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
