Customer Relationship Executive
Job Role : Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients in the electrical power transmission and distribution sector. This role acts as a key link between customers and internal departments such as sales, production, design, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely project delivery. The executive handles client communications, resolves concerns, tracks project progress, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. The position plays a vital role in retaining clients, supporting repeat business, and enhancing the company’s professional image in competitive industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Coordinate with sales and production teams for order execution
- Track order status and update customers regularly
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure timely submission of quotations, invoices, and documents
- Support tender documentation and follow-up processes
- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
- Collect feedback and report customer satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate after-sales service and technical support
- Assist in payment follow-ups and account reconciliation
- Maintain updated customer database and CRM records
- Prepare MIS reports on customer interactions and sales status
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and cross-selling
- Support marketing activities and client visits
