Job Role :  Accountant in a company supplying new and refurbished medical equipment and machines is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting processes

Key Responsibilities : 

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST/VAT, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
