Job Role : Pre-Primary Teacher in an English medium school is responsible for nurturing young children (Nursery, LKG, UKG) during their early developmental years. The teacher creates a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment that promotes language development, basic numeracy, social skills, creativity, and emotional growth. Through play-based and activity-based learning methods, the teacher helps children build strong foundational skills while encouraging curiosity, confidence, and positive classroom behavior. 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and conduct play-based and activity-oriented lessons in English.
  • Teach basic literacy, phonics, numeracy, colors, shapes, and general awareness.
  • Create a warm, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
  • Develop teaching aids, charts, and creative learning materials.
  • Monitor and record students’ developmental progress.
  • Encourage good manners, hygiene habits, and social skills.
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress.
  • Organize rhymes, storytelling, art, craft, and outdoor activities.
  • Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.
