Job Role :Telesales Executive in a Credit Co-operative Society Bank is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s financial products and services over the phone to existing and potential members. The role involves contacting customers, explaining banking products such as savings schemes, fixed deposits, loans, and membership benefits, and persuading them to utilize the bank’s services. The executive maintains strong customer relationships, follows up on leads, handles customer queries, and ensures achievement of sales targets while maintaining proper records and compliance with banking guidelines.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing members to promote bank products.
  • Explain features and benefits of savings accounts, deposits, and loan schemes.
  • Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Follow up with customers for documentation and application completion.
  • Address customer queries regarding bank services and policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with members.
  • Coordinate with branch staff for processing applications.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Promote membership enrollment in the co-operative society.
  • Provide after-sales support and service assistance to customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for loan renewals and deposit maturity.
