Site Engineer
Job Role : Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction and interior execution work to ensure projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. They coordinate between architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. The Site Engineer monitors site activities, manages materials and labor, ensures compliance with drawings and safety standards, and reports project progress to the design and management team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction and interior execution work on site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to architectural and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and maintain site reports.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
- Check measurements, levels, and layouts as per design plans.
- Manage site labor and contractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Track material deliveries and manage site inventory.
- Assist in project scheduling and timeline management.
- Verify bills and quantities with contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain site documentation and daily progress records.
