Telecaller
Job Role : Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers through phone calls to promote tractor models, inform them about offers, and generate sales leads. The role involves explaining product details, scheduling showroom visits or tractor demonstrations, and maintaining customer records. The telecaller also supports the sales team by following up with customers, collecting feedback, and helping increase showroom sales through effective communication .
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote tractors and offers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain tractor models, features, and pricing to customers.
- Schedule showroom visits, field demonstrations, or sales meetings.
- Maintain and update customer contact details and call records.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and report it to management.
