Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is executed as per plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The role involves supervising labor, coordinating with engineers and contractors, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of project activities. The Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining productivity, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring smooth execution of construction works .
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Manage and monitor labor workforce on-site
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Oversee earthworks, land development, and civil works execution
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and machinery
- Maintain site discipline and productivity levels
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Report daily progress to management and maintain site records
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
- Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and resources
