Personnel /HR Officer
Job Role : Personnel Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resource functions within the organization, ensuring that staffing, employee welfare, and administrative processes align with the trust’s mission of delivering quality healthcare services. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive work environment for medical and non-medical staff. The Personnel Officer acts as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, supporting performance management systems, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace harmony.
- Support performance appraisal and staff evaluation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and conduct.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Liaise between management and staff for communication.
- Ensure proper staffing levels across departments.
