Project Manager
Job Role : Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering residential construction projects in compliance with RERA regulations and quality standards. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design coordination to construction, monitoring, and final handover. The Project Manager ensures that projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and specifications while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, as well as managing resources efficiently. The role also requires strict adherence to RERA guidelines, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage end-to-end residential construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Supervise construction activities and site progress.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
