Job Role :Architect in a leading builders and developers organization is responsible for designing residential projects that are functional, aesthetically appealing, and compliant with RERA regulations and local building codes. The role involves creating conceptual and detailed designs, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site. The Architect ensures that residential layouts optimize space, meet safety standards, and reflect high-quality design standards.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
  • Prepare drawings, plans, and 3D models for projects.
  • Ensure designs comply with RERA regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors.
  • Review and approve construction drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation.
  • Provide solutions for design and construction challenges.
  • Assist in material selection and interior planning.
  • Maintain design documentation and records.
  • Ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards.
