Job Role : Accountant is responsible for managing the financial transactions and accounts of RERA-registered residential projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining project-wise financial records, preparing budgets, tracking costs, handling payments to contractors and vendors, and reconciling accounts. The Accountant works closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to monitor expenses and ensure that all project costs are accurately recorded and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Maintain project-wise financial records for residential developments.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and project accounts regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and statutory financial regulations.
  • Process payments to contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Track project receivables from clients and homebuyers.
  • Maintain accurate invoices, bills, and financial documentation.
  • Support management in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Prepare taxation and GST-related documentation.
  • Ensure financial transparency and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with project teams for accurate cost tracking.
