Job Role : Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth and expanding the market presence of a leading real estate developer known for delivering high-quality, RERA-registered residential projects. The BDM plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. This role involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and creating innovative marketing and sales strategies tailored to residential real estate. The BDM also coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and project management, to ensure that customer requirements are met and that the company’s residential projects are positioned effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Prepare and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to promote RERA-registered residential projects.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Organize client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and potential clients.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Support the team in developing innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
