Job Role : Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all dealership services. The CRE actively follows up with new and existing customers regarding sales, service, and promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. They maintain accurate records of customer interactions, coordinate with service advisors, sales teams, and management to resolve issues, and assist in managing customer feedback. By fostering positive relationships, promoting loyalty programs, and enhancing overall customer experience, the CRE contributes to strengthening the dealership’s brand reputation and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet and interact with customers at the showroom.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Address customer queries related to sales, service, and offers.
  • Maintain and update customer database accurately.
  • Follow up with customers for service and sales appointments.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requests.
  • Record and track customer complaints and feedback.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Promote loyalty programs, AMC, and special offers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and feedback.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement events.
  • Support CRM initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and trends.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Handle online inquiries and reviews professionally.
  • Contribute to improving the dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Build long-term relationships with customers for retention.
  • Coordinate with management for resolving escalated issues.
