Accessories Executive
Job Role : Accessories Executive in an automobile showroom is responsible for promoting, selling, and managing vehicle accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. This role involves advising customers on compatible products, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the showroom’s accessory business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell automobile accessories to customers.
- Advise customers on the compatibility and benefits of various accessories.
- Maintain and manage inventory of all accessories in the showroom.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of products.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for accessories.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of transactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products to suggest new offerings.
- Ensure showroom display of accessories is attractive and organized.
- Collaborate with the sales and service team for bundled offers.
