Account Assistant
Job Role: Account Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily accounting and financial operations of the electronic goods showroom. This role involves handling billing, maintaining financial records, assisting with inventory-related accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Account Assistant works closely with the showroom manager and accounts team to ensure smooth financial control and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process sales invoices and billing entries Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and payment follow-ups
- Support GST/VAT entries, returns, and basic compliance work
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Assist during audits and financial reviews
