Account Executive
Job Role : Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role works closely with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services or products.
Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify business opportunities and generate leads through outreach and networking. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos. Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure successful delivery. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs. Resolve client issues promptly and provide ongoing account support.
