Accountant
Job Role: Accountant manages the financial records and transactions of the car showroom, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role supports decision-making by providing financial insights and maintaining proper accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records of all transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounts and reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and receipts for showroom customers and vendors.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements if required.
- Identify financial discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
