Accountant
Job Role : Accountant manages all financial transactions of the showroom, including bookkeeping, billing, payroll, and reporting, ensuring accurate records, compliance with tax regulations, and smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities : Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping for the showroom. Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts for vehicle sales, services, and spare parts. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer receipts. Reconcile cash, bank statements, and showroom accounts regularly. Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and statements for management review. Assist with payroll processing for showroom staff. Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory regulations. Monitor inventory and record transactions related to vehicles, parts, and accessories. Coordinate with auditors and management for internal and external audits. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records.
