Job Role : Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, overseeing budgets and costs, processing payments and receivables, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to guide operational and strategic decisions within the agro-tech environment. 

Key Responsibilities :Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic financial reports. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing processes. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections. Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and support cost control initiatives. Track and reconcile inventory, procurement costs, and production-related expenses. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and file tax returns and support internal/external audits. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams for accurate financial data. Improve accounting processes and support ERP/accounting software enhancements. Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
