Accounts Assistant
Job Role : Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations of the showroom, including billing, cash handling, ledger updates, bank reconciliation, and assisting with GST/tax documentation. The role ensures accurate financial records and smooth coordination with the sales, service, and admin departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare customer invoices for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.
- Maintain daily cash collection, bank deposits, and payment records.
- Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Update entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP/DMS).
- Reconcile bank statements, receipts, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain petty cash and support daily cash closing.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for billing and documentation.
- Assist in GST filing, tax documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports/MIS.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and vouchers.
